Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservation schedules, and seating arrangements efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate seamlessly with service and kitchen staff to ensure prompt and high-standard service delivery.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable front-of-house area in compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve minor complaints gracefully, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and operational protocols during all assigned shifts.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar hostess, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications (OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage).
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Impeccable grooming, personal presentation, and a positive, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively on a rotational shift schedule, including late closings.
