About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hostel Porter IV to join our vibrant campus community and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our student residential facilities in a safe, conducive, and godly environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain order, discipline, and cleanliness within the assigned university hostel blocks.
- Receive, screen, and direct visitors, guests, and contractors while maintaining a secure facility logbook.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or infrastructural faults promptly to the appropriate university department.
- Ensure compliance with university residential rules and regulations among resident students.
- Assist students with general inquiries, luggage handling, and settling into their hostel accommodations.
- Perform routine security checks and ensure that hostel entry and exit points are properly managed.
- Minimum of GCE, NECO, or WASSCE Ordinary Level credit passes in five (5) subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and handle student concerns professionally.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic administrative skills.
- Prior experience in a hospitality, residential, or school environment will be an added advantage.
