About the Role
Word of Faith Group of Schools, the flagship of Christian Education in Africa, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Hostel Master to join our esteemed institution. In this vital role, you will help maintain a safe, orderly, and spiritually enriching boarding environment that fosters the holistic development of our students. Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day hostel administration and ensure a secure living environment for all boarding students.
- Monitor student behavior, enforce school rules, and maintain discipline within the hostel premises.
- Coordinate exeunt, exeat, and visitation processes for students in accordance with school policies.
- Collaborate with the school management and medical team to address student health and welfare needs promptly.
- Organize boarding routines, including prep hours, lights-out, sanitation, and recreational activities.
- Provide mentorship and pastoral care, guiding students in alignment with the Christian values of the institution.
- All applicants must possess relevant experience in hostel administration or a related student welfare role.
- A minimum of an NCE, B.Ed., or equivalent qualification in Education or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage young people effectively.
- A proven track record of maintaining discipline and pastoral care in a structured boarding environment.
