About the Role
Mudiame University, a premier private technological institution located in Irrua, Edo State, is seeking a proactive and organized Hostel Administrator to oversee our student residential facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and disciplined environment that fosters academic success and personal growth for our diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily hostel operations, including student check-ins, room allocations, and routine facility inspections.
- Ensure adherence to university residential rules, maintaining discipline and resolving student grievances promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address facility repairs and ensure student safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of hostel assets, supplies, and resident data.
- Organize student welfare programs and foster a vibrant, inclusive community spirit within the residences.
- A good honours Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Possession of a mandatory NYSC Discharge, Exemption, or Exclusion Certificate.
- Registered or certified member of a relevant professional body with a valid practicing license.
- Possession of a Master’s degree or higher qualification will be an added advantage.
- Compulsory computer literacy, as interviews will include Computer-Based Tests (CBT).
