We are currently seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Hospitality Supervisor to oversee our daily facility operations, elevate guest service standards, and lead our housekeeping and janitorial teams. Key Responsibilities- Plan, construct, and manage balanced daily and weekly work rosters and shifts for all unit staff to ensure optimal operational coverage.
- Supervise, direct, and monitor janitors, cleaners, and maintenance personnel to maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and organizational standards throughout the facility.
- Oversee daily hospitality workflows, handle customer and guest inquiries or complaints promptly, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Track consumption of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and hospitality amenities, ensuring timely reordering without stockouts.
- Conduct routine daily site inspections across reception, common areas, restrooms, and operational zones to enforce health, safety, and brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate junior staff and janitorial personnel, maintaining high team morale and discipline.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven relevant supervisory experience in the hospitality, hotel, or facility management sector.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role, aged between 25 and 35 years old.
- Strong expertise in shift planning, manpower allocation, and operational workflow management.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead support teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail.
