Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive horticulture instruction across assigned classes
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on agricultural activities
- Assess student progress and maintain detailed academic records
- Supervise school gardens and horticultural projects
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate agricultural practices into the broader curriculum
- Participate in school management and developmental initiatives
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Bachelor of Science in Education (B.Sc.Ed) in Horticulture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in school management or teaching
- Strong knowledge of horticultural practices and sustainable farming methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
