We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice Principal to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and support to the Principal in school operations and academic programs
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure teaching quality standards across all departments
- Manage staff performance, professional development, and discipline
- Supervise student discipline, welfare, and pastoral care initiatives
- Coordinate examination schedules, results analysis, and academic interventions
- Liaise with parents, guardians, and educational stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Lagos State Ministry of Education policies and regulations
- Contribute to school strategic planning and continuous improvement programs
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification and at least 8 years of progressive teaching experience
- Minimum 3 years in school leadership or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian educational curriculum and assessment standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
