Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and well-structured History lessons across assigned classes
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress through examinations, assignments, and class participation
- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills through historical analysis
- Maintain comprehensive student records and progress reports
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.ED or B.S.ED) with History specialization
- Minimum 5 years of proven teaching experience in school management or classroom instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong subject matter expertise in History
