Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong knowledge of IGCSE and WAEC curriculum content in History.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with international and national standards.
- Utilize diverse instructional strategies to promote active learning and critical thinking.
- Plan comprehensive lessons and prepare effective learning and teaching materials.
- Assign regular classwork, homework, and assessments to evaluate student understanding.
- Monitor student progress, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students thoroughly for internal and external examinations.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and productive classroom learning environment.
- Implement school academic policies to ensure the highest standards of education.
- Bachelor's degree in History, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience teaching History in a recognized secondary school.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience teaching both IGCSE and WAEC curricula.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
