Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver purposeful, innovative, and productive lessons that inspire pupils across diverse subjects.
- Utilize varied teaching styles, learning resources, and Assessment for Learning strategies to personalize education for all abilities, including LDD pupils.
- Mark student work thoroughly in line with school policies, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate progress records.
- Participate actively in mutual lesson observations to share and implement best teaching practices within and beyond the department.
- Conduct continuous research to maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and undertake comprehensive report writing and grading as required.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and parents to develop tailored instructional strategies that support holistic student development.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Education or a related academic discipline.
- A minimum of three years of professional classroom teaching experience working with young children.
- Valid certification in CPR and First Aid is considered a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail and strong recordkeeping abilities.
- Demonstrated patience, resourcefulness, and the ability to modify instructional materials for students of varying backgrounds and abilities.
