Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver purposeful, productive, and imaginative lessons to assigned classes that inspire and engage pupils.
- Mark student work in accordance with school policies, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate progress records.
- Employ diverse teaching strategies and learning resources to accommodate a full range of student abilities and learning styles, including support for learners with specific needs.
- Participate in mutual lesson observations to share best practices and collaborate effectively with departmental colleagues.
- Research new topic areas, maintain up-to-date subject knowledge, and undertake report writing and internal grading as required.
- Degree in Education or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional classroom teaching experience with young children.
- Valid certification in CPR and First Aid is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated patience, resourcefulness, and the ability to maintain composure and control in a dynamic classroom environment.
