About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Higher Data Processing Officer to join our vibrant academic community in Mowe, Ogun State. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our data management systems, supporting both administrative functions and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the collection, entry, and processing of institutional and student data with high accuracy.
- Maintain secure database systems and ensure regular data backups to prevent loss.
- Generate comprehensive statistical reports for university management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline data workflows and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and university guidelines.
- Train and provide technical support to administrative staff on data processing software.
- Must possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- Mandatory possession of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate or exemption letter.
- Demonstrated proficiency in database management and data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
