About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HEMM Technician to join our growing team and contribute to our operational excellence by maintaining heavy earth-moving machinery to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities on HEMM equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize operational downtime.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose technical issues with heavy machinery and execute precise repairs or coordinate effectively with supervisors.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair operations are carried out strictly in accordance with safety standards and company policies to prevent workplace accidents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area at all times in compliance with company guidelines.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with cross-functional team members and Sectional Engineers during routine and emergency maintenance tasks.
- Perform any other related duties and special assignments as directed by management from time to time.
- Possession of a Trade Test certificate or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on, relevant work experience in maintaining heavy earth-moving machinery.
- Strong technical aptitude with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cement production processes, quality control methods, and ISO quality management systems is highly advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage and strong teamwork skills to collaborate successfully across departments.
