About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled HEMM Operator (Excavator) to operate heavy earth-moving machinery efficiently and safely, supporting our optimal site operations and contributing to our continued growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Operate heavy earth-moving machinery according to operational guidelines and company standards.
- Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections to identify faults and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Report equipment issues promptly and collaborate with maintenance teams for necessary repairs.
- Comply strictly with safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of equipment usage, hours, and performance.
- Keep work areas organized and clean while performing assigned daily operational duties.
- SSCE, with a relevant technical certification or diploma in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience operating heavy earth-moving machinery.
- Valid Class H Licence.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems used in heavy machinery.
- Familiarity with major HEMM brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo.
