Key Responsibilities- Participate actively in the Heirs Academy structured learning and development curriculum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-time business projects and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and financial data gathering to support decision-making.
- Gain practical exposure to diverse sectors including financial services, energy, real estate, and healthcare.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Demonstrate adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to corporate excellence.
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a Second Class Lower (2:2) division from an accredited Nigerian or international university.
- Must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Possess a maximum of two (2) years of post-NYSC professional work experience.
- Must be 27 years of age or younger at the time of application submission.
