Key Responsibilities- Support vital hotel departments by managing cleaning needs, preparing fresh linens, and ensuring spotless dishware for guests.
- Operate and properly maintain cleaning equipment and tools such as dishwashers, commercial washers, and dryers.
- Transport clean linens, dishes, and operational supplies safely throughout the hotel property.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean workplace by adhering strictly to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Foster positive, constructive professional relationships with colleagues across departments to achieve common operational goals.
- Report any accidents, injuries, unsafe working conditions, or equipment issues immediately to management.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- No formal high school diploma or equivalent educational requirement is necessary.
- No prior professional work experience or supervisory background is required.
