About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the licensed pharmacist in the accurate preparation and dispensing of prescriptions.
- Receive, shelve, rotate, and conduct routine inventory counts of medications and medical supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and manage expiry dates.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and assist with basic operational expense tracking while securing necessary approvals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and telephone calls, providing general information or routing calls appropriately.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment, shelves, and work areas remain clean, safe, well-organised, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
- Possession of a Certificate or Degree in a relevant science-related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar support role, preferably within a pharmacy or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal aptitude.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
