About the Role

Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently expanding our dynamic team and looking for four dedicated professionals to fill the Healthcare Assistant role.

As a Healthcare Assistant at Gramaze Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care within home environments. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct compassionate care and support to patients in their homes according to personalized care plans.
• Assisting patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, reporting any significant changes in patient health to senior medical staff immediately.
• Utilizing our digital coordination platform to log care activities, update schedules, and maintain transparent communication with families and clinical supervisors.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients at all times.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) license OR a recognized care-giving certificate.
• Demonstrate strong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for elderly and home-based patient care.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic digital literacy to navigate our technology-driven care coordination platform.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible scheduling needs.
