Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong academic and administrative leadership across the early childhood and primary sections.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers to ensure the delivery of high-standard British and Nigerian curricula.
  • Monitor student progress, discipline, and overall welfare to maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • Engage effectively with parents, guardians, and the wider community to build strong partnerships.
  • Oversee daily school operations, curriculum implementation, and extracurricular activity scheduling.
Qualifications
  • Possess relevant academic and professional teaching qualifications (NCE, B.Ed, PGDE, M.Ed).
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership experience within a reputable school environment.
  • Must reside within Ago, Okota, Cele Express, Isolo, and immediate environs for easy accessibility.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of both British and Nigerian educational standards.
