About the Role

Slum2School Africa is a leading volunteer-driven developmental organization dedicated to transforming society by empowering disadvantaged children in slums and indigent communities with quality education, learning spaces, and psychosocial support. We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our mission-driven team in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with high precision.
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming communications, correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, meeting agendas, detailed minutes, and actionable follow-ups.
  • Draft professional reports, high-level presentations, and official organizational correspondence.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive organizational and stakeholder information.
  • Organize digital and physical filing systems while tracking key project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, board members, donors, partners, and volunteers.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and special organizational projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an executive support role, preferably within the non-profit or development sector.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, virtual collaboration platforms, and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities with keen attention to detail.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, absolute discretion, and professional maturity.
