We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Head Teacher to lead our academic community, drive continuous school improvement, and inspire both staff and students toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership and overall management for the Crèche, Nursery, and Primary School sections.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and integration of both the Nigerian and British curricula.
  • Drive proven strategies for school improvement, academic excellence, and holistic child development.
  • Mentor, evaluate, and support teaching staff to foster a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
  • Ensure the integration of ICT and innovative teaching methodologies into daily classroom instruction.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents, the local community, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of student discipline, character education, and pastoral care.

Qualifications
  • Possession of an HND, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A, or equivalent academic qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
  • Demonstrated track record in school management, team leadership, and community building.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of academic standards, child development, and character education.
  • Strong familiarity with both the Nigerian and British educational curricula.
  • Proficiency in ICT and modern educational technology tools.
  • High level of creativity, resourcefulness, and interpersonal skill.
