About the Role
Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited is a leading energy service company providing innovative solutions across the power, oil and gas, and industrial sectors. Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, and backed by global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) alliances, we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head, Operations Delivery to spearhead our operational excellence and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead operations teams in executing O&M contracts and maintenance projects, ensuring optimal staffing, inventory management, site safety, and contractor performance.
- Direct service tender packages, vendor evaluations, contract awards, and technical pricing to successfully acquire O&M service agreements.
- Take full accountability for budgets, financial risk management, strict delivery timelines, and profit margins to consistently meet company financial targets.
- Align operational goals with overall business strategy while implementing standardized execution frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Manage OEM technical training programs and cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with clients, global partners, and key regulatory agencies.
- First Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree is strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of robust experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, and broader energy sectors.
- At least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing business units, service lines, or large operations functions.
- Deep expertise in managing O&M contracts, Time & Material agreements, and complex maintenance projects.
- Strong working knowledge of rotating equipment operations, commercial evaluation, ERP proficiency, and HSE compliance.
