In this critical leadership role, you will provide strategic oversight for all physical security operations across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, warehouses, and corporate offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned security professional to safeguard our client's people, assets, and reputation while driving enterprise-wide security excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Group's comprehensive physical security strategy aligned with overarching organizational objectives.
- Lead, direct, and manage security operations across multiple sites nationwide, ensuring consistent governance.
- Establish robust security policies, procedures, standards, and frameworks across the entire business.
- Oversee the absolute protection of all company assets, facilities, personnel, inventory, and critical infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary security advisor to executive leadership on emerging security risks, threat intelligence, and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct thorough security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across all business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Military Studies, or a related field.
- Relevant professional security certifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in physical security management, with substantial leadership responsibilities.
- Proven expertise leading multi-site security operations within a large manufacturing or FMCG organization.
- Demonstrated experience operating at a senior management level, preferably at General Manager or Assistant General Manager level.
