We are currently seeking an experienced, visionary, and faith-driven Head of School to provide strategic leadership and oversee the academic, administrative, and operational functions of our client institution in Lagos. The successful candidate will ensure excellence in teaching, learning, staff development, enrolment growth, and community engagement while maintaining the school's Christian values and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of day-to-day school operations and administrative personnel.
- Ensure the effective delivery of the early years and primary school curriculum, monitoring teaching quality and academic performance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, evaluate, and support teaching and support staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase pupil enrolment and strengthen relationships with parents and the local community.
- Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring strict compliance with safety, operational, and educational regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE); a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of leadership experience within the early years and primary education sector.
- Demonstrated success in curriculum management, staff supervision, and driving school enrolment growth.
- Strong Christian faith, high moral character, and a profound passion for child development and education.
- Residence within or close to the Ajah/Lekki-Epe axis of Lagos is an added advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary of N250,000 to N350,000.
