Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all stages of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production and final delivery.
- Direct production teams to ensure exceptional creative and technical output aligned with brand standards.
- Develop and implement robust production workflows, standard operating procedures, and quality control processes.
- Train, mentor, and develop interns and junior creatives into competent, industry-ready professionals.
- Integrate AI-powered production tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and project turnaround times.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative departments to guarantee seamless project execution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, content creation, or a related creative leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut Pro.
