About the Role
Proten International is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations – Manned Guard to lead our physical security service delivery across the region. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a large workforce of security operatives and supervisors, ensuring seamless operations, strict compliance with ISO standards, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of premier physical security and manned guarding services, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures and ISO requirements.
- Manage the deployment, activation, and performance of security operatives, coordinators, and contract managers across multiple sites.
- Conduct comprehensive security risk and threat assessments, providing expert mitigation strategies and leading emergency response efforts.
- Address client inquiries and complaints promptly, fostering strong relationships to drive client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales risk assessments and actively contribute to new business acquisition and revenue goals.
- Facilitate continuous staff training, induction, and workforce development to boost engagement and retention.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in security operations, with a strong focus on managing manned guarding services.
- Proven track record of supervising large, multi-site security teams and operations personnel.
- Expertise in incident management, emergency response, risk assessment, and operational reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional certifications in security, risk management, or operations are a distinct advantage.
