About the Role
Strivo Labs is a fast-growing provider of end-to-end digital solutions, helping businesses across Nigeria scale efficiently through custom development, automation, and advanced operational technologies. We are currently seeking an execution-driven Head of Operations to lead our nationwide service delivery, fleet management, and IoT deployment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership for nationwide field operations, telematics deployments, and IoT device installations.
- Directly supervise Operations Officers, Field Engineers, and installation teams to ensure strict safety and quality standards.
- Design, standardize, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive process efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including inventory governance, warehousing, and vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery for fuel card services and payment infrastructure.
- Implement robust risk management frameworks to minimize fraud, asset loss, and operational leakage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive operational management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Mandatory hands-on field experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telematics and IoT devices.
- Proven expertise in managing technology-enabled field operations, supply chains, and large-scale deployments across Nigeria.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, project management methodologies, and data-driven performance analytics.
