About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead our operational activities, optimize supply chain efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across our warehouses, boutiques, and business units in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Oversee logistics, warehouse operations, and maintain direct management of the inventory function.
- Monitor operational performance across all retail boutiques to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Establish, implement, and monitor robust operational policies, compliance frameworks, and control standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and IT departments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to achieve peak performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 7 to 12 years of proven professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or retail management.
- Demonstrated success in a senior managerial or leadership role overseeing complex operational functions.
- Prior experience managing multi-location retail or boutique operations is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership skills within the Nigerian business environment.
