Key Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation and quality assurance of the authentic Montessori curriculum.
- Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff to maintain effective pedagogical practices and ongoing professional development.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and disciplined environment that fosters children's independence and love for learning.
- Manage day-to-day school operations, including timetabling, resource allocation, and parent-teacher communication.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant educational, health, and safety regulations.
- Promote the core values and philosophy of Montessori education across the entire school community.
- Handle student behavioral matters with fairness and consistency to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience within Montessori or early childhood education settings.
- Deep passion for child development and early years education.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
