About the Role
Cynosure Realty Limited, a leading real estate development and investment company based in Abuja, Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Media, Communications & Creative Strategist. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our brand presence, orchestrate compelling communication strategies, and lead a talented media team to showcase our prime real estate properties across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive media and communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, oversee, and approve high-impact engaging content including videos, reels, graphics, and copy.
- Direct end-to-end video production processes from shooting to advanced editing and post-production.
- Design and supervise marketing collateral such as property brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
- Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns across paid ads, SEO, and email.
- Manage, scale, and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and the corporate website.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the media team, assigning roles and ensuring top-tier creative output.
- Monitor campaign analytics, report on performance metrics, and introduce innovative marketing trends.
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6+ years of proven experience in media, communications, and digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Exceptional technical proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and paid ads execution.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis communication abilities.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N200,000 to N250,000 based on experience and performance.
