About the Role
Elvaridah is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to spearhead our corporate marketing, investor relations, and capital mobilization initiatives. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving deposit mobilization, building institutional trust, and attracting High-Net-Worth Individuals to invest in our exclusive wealth management products within the competitive Lagos financial market.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve a strict monthly capital mobilization target of N500 million through aggressive direct marketing and relationship management.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with HNWIs, family offices, corporate treasurers, and affluent professionals across Lagos to pitch private placement notes and asset co-ownership schemes.
- Design, write, and produce high-end investment collateral from scratch, including pitch decks, product fact sheets, and legally sound term sheets.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies focused on deposit mobilization, brand positioning, and regulatory compliance within the financial sector.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of investment marketers while managing the end-to-end investor lifecycle and CRM pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA, CFA, or professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of senior marketing or business development experience in the Nigerian financial services sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million Naira monthly fundraising or deposit mobilization targets.
- Active, pre-existing database of HNWIs, corporate executives, and affluent professionals within Lagos.
- Deep understanding of structured finance products, asset-backed investments, and exceptional executive-level communication skills.
