About the Role
Spiro, Africa's largest electric vehicle company, is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our brand and growth initiatives in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our go-to-market strategies, champion our sustainable transportation mission, and accelerate the mass adoption of electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the comprehensive annual marketing and brand strategy for Nigeria aligned with business growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and high-impact launches for electric mobility products.
- Build integrated digital and offline campaigns to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty.
- Manage dealer and channel marketing initiatives, local market activations, and multi-city promotional events.
- Oversee public relations, corporate communications, agency relationships, and marketing analytics to optimize ROI.
- 10-15 years of overall marketing experience with 3-5 years specifically in African consumer markets.
- Proven background in automotive, two-wheeler, three-wheeler, EV, or auto OEM environments.
- Extensive expertise in brand management, digital marketing, GTM strategy, and channel partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing marketing teams within high-growth or start-up settings.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian consumer behavior, local market dynamics, and sustainable energy trends.
