Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute forward-thinking HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals.
- Champion organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent retention initiatives across all branches.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and comprehensive employee development programs.
- Manage complex employee relations, resolve grievances, and handle disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws, regulatory standards, and global HR best practices.
- Provide expert HR advisory support to senior management and department heads to drive business success.
- Oversee decentralized HR operations across all 5 company locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in senior-level management.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent will be a distinct advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical understanding of Nigerian labour laws and modern HR practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
