About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a leading HR and Management Consultancy firm committed to delivering excellence and innovation. We are recruiting a talented and commercially-minded Head Mixologist to take full ownership of our rooftop bar operations and elevate the guest experience through exceptional beverage craft and service.
Key Responsibilities- Direct all aspects of the rooftop bar programme, including daily operations, cocktail development, and beverage service standards
- Create and maintain distinctive signature cocktails and seasonal menus aligned with brand identity and target clientele
- Establish standardised recipes, preparation procedures, and quality-control measures ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and service
- Manage complete bar inventory, stock control, par levels, and beverage costing to minimise wastage and losses
- Lead, train, supervise, and develop high-performing bar team members on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and guest service excellence
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service regulations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, respond to feedback professionally, and drive revenue through premium beverage promotion
- Maintain optimal bar setup, cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment maintenance at all times
- 4–6 years' professional experience in mixology, bartending, or bar operations
- Minimum 2 years in a senior, supervisory, or Head Mixologist role
- Proven expertise developing cocktail programmes and managing bar operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails
- Strong understanding of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, mixers, and bar ingredients
- Proficiency in beverage costing, inventory management, and stock control
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with exceptional guest-service abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Hospitality, Mixology, or Bartending certification is advantageous
