About the Role
Fast Credit Limited (FCL) was established in line with Central Bank of Nigeria regulations to carry out the business of financing personal, business, and emergency loans. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Head, IT Infrastructure to provide technical leadership for our growing organization, ensuring the availability, resilience, security, and scalability of all systems supporting our core business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary technical leadership for the Company's entire IT infrastructure and architecture.
- Ensure high availability, resilience, robust security, and scalability of systems supporting business operations.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Linux Server environments.
- Manage enterprise storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions including Veeam.
- Implement stringent infrastructure security measures, network protocols, and server hardening techniques.
- Drive capacity planning, infrastructure monitoring, and proactive performance management.
- Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements, and procurement of enterprise IT hardware and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure within a corporate environment.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Linux Server Administration.
- Proven hands-on experience with virtualization, enterprise storage, and backup/recovery solutions such as Veeam.
- In-depth knowledge of networking principles, infrastructure security, and server hardening standards.
- Demonstrated experience in Disaster Recovery planning, capacity management, and infrastructure monitoring.
