About the Role
Dangote Cement Plc is looking for a motivated and analytical Head HR Information System to own HR data quality, HRIS administration, data governance, reporting, and analytics across the organization. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, this leadership role will support the clean-up, standardization, and continuous improvement of employee master data across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR platforms to empower management with accurate, reliable, and decision-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities- Administer SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR applications, maintaining employee records, organizational structures, and workflows.
- Lead periodic cleansing and governance of employee master data, ensuring rigorous validation checks and audit trails.
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and advanced workforce analytics covering headcount, turnover, and organizational trends.
- Identify manual processes to recommend automation and support HR digital transformation across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide first-level HRIS support, user training, and change enablement to promote data discipline across all locations.
- Ensure compliance, data security, and confidentiality while supporting internal and external audit requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, data management, and digital transformation.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors administration, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI are a strong advantage.
