About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa's real economy by building an all-encompassing financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Head, Group FP&A to own our financial planning architecture, manage multi-currency consolidations, and deliver investor-grade reporting across our growing African footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Design and own the Group's FP&A framework, forecasting architecture, and budgeting processes across all operating markets.
- Consolidate entity and business unit forecasts into a single Group P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow with intercompany eliminations.
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including consolidated management accounts, Board packs, and sensitivity modelling.
- Partner closely with business unit CFOs and finance leads to enforce house standards and drive accountability.
- Manage and develop central FP&A analysts, ensuring consistent, high-quality financial outputs.
- 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking within fintech, banking, or fast-growth environments.
- Professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
- Advanced financial modelling skills with proven experience in multi-entity, multi-currency forecasting.
- Familiarity with modern planning tools such as NetSuite, Pigment, or Aleph alongside advanced Excel.
