Dragnet Solutions is a dynamic Information Technology company specializing in innovative people screening solutions and objective recruitment processes. We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Head, Finance to join our team in Kaduna. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee the complete financial operations of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, regulatory compliance, and long-term economic sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive management reporting.
- Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor rigorous internal financial controls while supporting internal and external audits.
- Oversee treasury functions, cash flow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle operations.
- Guarantee full compliance with all relevant tax laws and statutory financial obligations.
- Advise executive management on financial performance, emerging risks, and business sustainability strategies.
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop the internal finance and accounting team.
- Support procurement activities and ensure strong contract financial governance.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or presentation of a valid exemption certificate.
- Substantial senior-level experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, and treasury operations.
- Proven background in leading a finance function, managing complex financial reporting, and enforcing internal controls.
- Strong familiarity with healthcare revenue cycles, managed-care billing, and collections is an added advantage.
