About the Role
eRecruiter Nigeria is redefining the recruitment and talent consulting industry by expanding our specialized practice areas across diverse sectors. We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Head, Delivery and Logistics Services to take complete ownership of our delivery and logistics business vertical. In this end-to-end leadership role, you will operate as a business-unit leader responsible for strategy, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and overall commercial performance in the dynamic Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities- Own the overall strategy, growth, P&L, and financial performance of the Delivery and Logistics vertical.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, transaction volume, and recurring business partnerships.
- Monitor and optimize unit economics, operational fulfillment, and turnaround times.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate market needs into scalable platform capabilities.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams to scale operations sustainably.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, mobility, or marketplace operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, commercial performance, and P&L accountability.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
