Key Responsibilities- Teach proper letter formation techniques, guiding students in mastering both uppercase and lowercase letters in print and cursive styles.
- Fix mechanical writing habits by providing expert instruction on correct pencil grip, paper tilt, and ergonomic body posture.
- Build hand-eye coordination and fine motor control by leading targeted skill drills and rhythmic stroke exercises.
- Track academic growth and assess student work regularly to measure writing speed, legibility, and overall progress.
- Provide individualized support by adapting lesson styles for left-handed learners and students requiring extra assistance with writing mechanics.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a structured school environment.
- Deep understanding of student development, fine motor skill training, and handwriting improvement techniques.
