Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education best practices.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and social development.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document students' academic, social, and emotional progress regularly.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding their children's development and daily activities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while nurturing positive interactions among pupils.
- Participate in school-wide events, staff meetings, and professional development training sessions.
- Possession of an NCE, OND, HND, B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or a relevant academic qualification.
- Proven previous experience working in a similar early years teaching role.
