Epheezy Model Management is a premier Nigerian modeling and talent development agency based in Lagos Mainland, Lagos, dedicated to discovering, training, and placing aspiring creative talents. We are currently expanding our creative team and looking for a passionate, talented Hairstylist to join our growing organization. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing our models for photo shoots, runway shows, promotional events, and portfolio updates, ensuring their hair looks impeccable and aligns with current fashion and beauty trends.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute creative hairstyles for fashion shoots, runway shows, and agency portfolios.
- Consult with creative directors and photographers to understand the styling vision for specific projects.
- Maintain hair health and apply treatments, extensions, and coloring techniques as required.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, styling techniques, and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain all hair styling tools, equipment, and product inventories.
- Ensure a clean, sanitized, and professional workspace during all styling sessions.
- Provide personalized grooming advice and hair maintenance tips to agency models.
- Proven professional experience as a hairstylist, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or modeling industry.
- Relevant certification or formal training in cosmetology, hairdressing, or a related field.
- Exceptional creativity with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse hair textures and modern styling techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Lagos Mainland or willing to commute reliably.
