Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Receive, inspect, arrange, and stock pharmaceutical products and related retail inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly, flag low-stock items, and assist with periodic inventory counts.
  • Ensure shelves and product displays are clean, neatly organized, and properly labeled.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital records of sales transactions and stock movements.
  • Support the resident pharmacist with daily administrative duties and operational tasks.
  • Contribute to company health outreaches and write health-related articles as required.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and standard pharmacy regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming retail work environment at all times.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Previous working experience in a community pharmacy or fast-paced retail environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail POS software.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
