Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling to students regarding academic, personal, and social development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive guidance programs tailored to the needs of day and boarding students.
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to identify and support students facing behavioral or academic challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and strict adherence to child safety and safeguarding policies.
- Assist students with career exploration, university placements, and goal-setting strategies.
- Leverage educational technology and IT skills to track student progress and deliver modern counseling solutions.
- Possess a degree in Education, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a reputable educational institution.
- Strong understanding of child safety, protection, and safeguarding protocols.
- Proficiency in IT skills and educational technology integration is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and empathetic listening skills.
