Key Responsibilities- Provide confidential individual and group counseling to day and boarding students regarding academic, personal, and social concerns.
- Design and implement comprehensive guidance programs that promote positive behavior, mental well-being, and effective study habits.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school administrators, and parents to identify student needs and develop targeted intervention strategies.
- Assist students with career exploration, university applications, and subject choices aligned with their strengths and aspirations.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions on crucial topics such as peer pressure, time management, and emotional resilience.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school policies and professional ethics.
- Possession of a relevant degree in Guidance and Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a school environment or educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills with the ability to connect with adolescents and children.
- High level of empathy, patience, and professional discretion regarding sensitive student matters.
- Sound understanding of adolescent development and modern counseling methodologies.
