About the Role
Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited is a leading financial institution dedicated to empowering small and medium-scale entrepreneurs, petty traders, artisans, and low-income earners who lack access to conventional banking services. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth and Performance Marketing Officer to join our vibrant team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our customer base, optimizing digital acquisition funnels, and enhancing our market presence across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and email channels to drive user acquisition and conversion.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to design engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials tailored to our target audience.
- Conduct A/B testing continuously to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment for all performance-driven initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, fintech growth hacks, and microfinance industry dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital acquisition, preferably within the fintech or banking sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing campaigns and scale customer acquisition budgets successfully.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong creative sense.
