We are currently looking for a driven Growth & Partnerships Lead to spearhead our market expansion and strategic alliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive market launch and customer acquisition plans to scale our user base effectively.
- Manage performance-driven digital acquisition campaigns across multiple online channels to maximize ROI.
- Drive user sign-ups, initial adoption milestones, and long-term platform engagement.
- Forge strategic partnerships with hotels, enterprises, embassies, travel operators, and corporate organizations to secure steady business volume.
- Develop and nurture lucrative corporate accounts and transportation partnerships.
- Coordinate high-impact launch campaigns, offline activations, and referral programs to boost brand visibility.
- Track and analyze key metrics including customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and repeat usage patterns.
- Gather critical market and customer feedback, collaborating closely with operations and product teams to enhance adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in consumer growth, mobility, fintech, marketplaces, or consumer applications.
- Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns independently, analyze performance data, and negotiate commercial partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking marketing metrics and key performance indicators.
- Competitive monthly compensation of ₦400,000 - ₦500,000 commensurate with experience.
