About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Operations Manager to join our vibrant team at our Shogunle, Lagos office. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and technology to optimize our acquisition funnels and elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative marketing technologies to scale our operational output.
- Lead the seamless integration and management of marketing automation and advanced CRM systems.
- Oversee incoming lead generation pipelines and coordinate efficient handoffs to the sales team.
- Plan, execute, and measure strategic conversion tests and experiments to boost trial and upsell rates.
- Design, build, and maintain comprehensive reports tracking e-commerce and digital engagement activity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
- Evaluate and refine the customer experience across multiple digital and physical channels and touchpoints.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in growth operations, marketing ops, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and data reporting software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Outstanding project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the Nigerian construction or e-commerce landscape is a distinct advantage.
