Cowrywise is a leading fintech company democratizing access to premium financial services by making wealth management accessible and affordable for the mass market in Nigeria. Our vibrant Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors program connects a fast-growing community of student leaders across more than 460 tertiary institutions. We are currently expanding our impact and seeking a talented Growth Analyst to optimize community operations, elevate student engagement, and lead strategic initiatives that foster financial literacy and professional development among the next generation of leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large-scale ambassador recruitment campaigns and oversee specialized skill-based student teams across multiple Nigerian institutions.
- Coordinate engaging virtual and physical events that promote financial literacy, career development, and professional networking.
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance metrics using a data-driven mindset to identify key areas for continuous improvement.
- Introduce creative, ambitious, and innovative initiatives that directly support community goals and enhance overall operational excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards of stakeholder engagement and program coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in community management, program coordination, or ambassador program management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills alongside a passion for student empowerment and financial literacy.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing community impact and generating comprehensive performance reports.
- Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and email marketing software.
- Competitive monthly net compensation ranging from NGN 500,000 to NGN 800,000.
