About the Role
Workforce Group is currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Group Business Performance Management System (BPMS) Lead on behalf of our esteemed client. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving overall business performance management, rigorous strategy execution, robust governance, comprehensive KPI management, and high-level executive reporting across multiple operating companies.
Key Responsibilities- Drive seamless strategy execution and alignment across all entities within the Group.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive KPI frameworks and performance scorecards.
- Coordinate regular executive performance reviews to track progress against strategic objectives.
- Prepare insightful executive dashboards and detailed business performance reports for top management.
- Lead cross-functional performance governance, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, or a related discipline.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience in Strategy, Corporate Planning, Business Performance, Operational Excellence, or Transformation.
- Demonstrated strong experience in working closely with executive leadership and board members.
- High proficiency in modern data visualization and ERP tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or Oracle.
